Roar Of The Snail King

As I was experimenting with paint and several other medias for the latest assignment I ended up with this illustration, a concept for the children's book I am making. 

I really enjoyed this technique and I look forward to take this style further.

A little window into the magical world I hope to make more of soon, this here is my mushroom character Söp taking a step out into the world.

This was done in watercolor and tinted charcoal pencils, edited with photoshop, all in all this took about  two hours and I am pretty satisfied with how this turned out, altho not a great watercolor painting I am slowly getting better.

This was mostly a spontaneous project, I will try to plan more carefully next time so that I can fit in more interesting elements.

A huge painting I did for a friend, he wanted something disturbing with lots of color, turns out he loved what I made.

Strange to suddenly start to master illustrator, I have never been able to use this program before but now all the sudden I am capable of making simple logo designs and colorful figures.
This is probably a great addition to my career since I as an illustrator are often asked to design and produce logos for small companies and private people.

Vaas was without a doubt my favorite character in that crazy game.

Still trying to figure out Illustrator, this is the best thing I have made with it this far. The idea was to make something colorful and weird for perhaps a skateboard or t-shirt and ended up with this crazy face eventually.

So this was a really interesting workshop at school where I had to smudge and paint random abstract lines with the flow of music, later we took these frames and started to look for small images to cut out into a tiny book.

Here is the files ready for exhibit at campus. 

I made about 80 different small pictures like these and it was hard to pick out a few of them and make it into a story. 

I might use the other pictures for other things, I found a lot of useful brush strokes and ink splatters I could make more out of as well.

Did a couple sketches of Batman, the Joker, Bane and the rest of the bunch and tried to capture them as fast as I could while riding the train to Oslo.

Also, I think I finally am satisfied with my logo located to the bottom right.
