I love swirls.

One of the weirder things in my new sketchbook.

Really starting to like using ink, pens and watercolor together. 

Some hand study. Amazing how much it improves my work after just a few minutes studying anatomy. 

An abandoned concept from the children's book I'm working on, this grasshopper have made a couple people smile so hopefully I will get use for this character later in another project.

I'm starting to like these simple doodles, sure going to go deeper within this expression.

Another poster design

A poster made with the files from my carton design, If I knew we were to make a poster too I would have chosen to decorate my illustration with an entirely different illustration but I suppose I am happy with how this turned out in the end after all. 

Working on an assignment where I am to illustrate a chocolate milk carton, this is my idea so far. 

Another word challenge "Interest wall" 

Threw this together pretty quick but I find the mindless and hasted placing of paint and lines a little cool, might look into this loose type of style when I get further on my book project.

Another word challenge; "Toilet paper meteor"

Altho these are simple sketches I find it quite rewarding to try and exaggerate the words as much as possible, it is good exercise. 

I made a challenge to myself in order to improve as an illustration artist, the challenge is simple, I put two or three random words together and try to illustrate the strange combinations.

Have been a couple crazy weeks, I met my favorite illustration artist and I now "work" in an "office" studio where I have been busy writing and doodling a book both for school and for later but every once in a while I still find myself doing things like this.

My new sketchbook is the best one I ever had, one can pretty much do anything with it.
