I added ink in hope to make this better. I am not sure if it was better with or without tho.

Still not happy with this one, perhapsI simply over did it?

Oh well, it was a good exercise to make this illustration it helped me see where I am and what I need to work more on. 

Seems my problem lies in too many lines and too little contrasts. 

At least my drawing technique is really starting to work with me after many tries so I assume the paint will go my way soon too.
